Noorka Logistics is seeking an experienced and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and operational activities in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills who can guide employees, monitor workflows, and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will help maintain smooth operations while supporting productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily logistics, warehouse, transportation, and operational activities.
- Allocate tasks to employees and ensure work is completed according to schedules and company procedures.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence to workplace policies.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, logistics executives, customers, and other departments.
- Monitor loading, unloading, storage, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Ensure goods and materials are handled safely and efficiently.
- Track daily operational progress and prepare reports for management.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Resolve customer and delivery-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure employees follow company safety procedures and applicable UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, deliveries, staff activities, and operational tasks.
- Train and guide new employees on company procedures and workplace practices.
- Coordinate with management to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor equipment, vehicles, and operational resources and report maintenance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, or supervisory roles.
- Previous experience managing teams in a logistics environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of warehouse, delivery, and transportation operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic logistics or ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE workplace and logistics procedures is an advantage.
