Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Receiving and Dispatch: Supervise the receipt, inspection, and dispatch of goods, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Storage Management: Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal efficiency, ensuring proper labeling and storage of items.
- Team Supervision: Manage warehouse staff, assigning tasks and providing training to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the warehouse adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities and inventory.
- Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
