Noorka Logistics is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and providing top-notch technical support to internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Maintain and update user accounts, email systems, and access controls.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery protocols are in place and functioning.
- Document support activities, procedures, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols, and IT security.
- Familiarity with office productivity tools and enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to support.
