Noorka Logistics is a leading logistics solutions provider in Dubai, committed to delivering efficient, innovative, and customer-centric services. We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team and ensure smooth IT operations across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT system failures, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security software.
  • Monitor system performance and implement preventive measures to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for procurement and troubleshooting of IT equipment and services.
  • Ensure data security by performing regular backups and updates.
  • Document IT processes, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
  • Assist in IT asset management, inventory tracking, and procurement planning.
  • Stay updated with emerging IT technologies and recommend upgrades or solutions to enhance business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proficient in hardware diagnostics and software installation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar are a plus.
