Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our human resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while supporting a productive and positive workplace within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
