Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Handle payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.

Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Assist in performance evaluations and appraisals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in logistics or a related industry.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
