We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our Dubai team. Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse or to/from delivery vehicles.
- Safely stack and retrieve goods from designated storage areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe and operational condition.
- Assist with the accurate labeling, recording, and tracking of inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
- Support warehouse staff in packing, sorting, and shipping goods as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local safety regulations during forklift operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient handling of materials.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and forklift operation standards.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and basic warehouse processes is a plus.
