Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods and materials to designated locations within the UAE.
- Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods, maintaining proper handling and care.
- Verify delivery documents, including invoices and receipts, for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines during transport.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is equipped with necessary tools and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team to update delivery status and resolve any issues.
- Assist in route planning to optimize delivery schedules and minimize delays.
- Represent Noorka Logistics professionally when interacting with clients and the public.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (light or heavy vehicle as applicable).
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Good knowledge of UAE road networks and traffic regulations.
- Ability to handle goods safely and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
