Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing essential support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and internal events.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks and general office management.
  • Handle courier services, travel arrangements, and other logistics-related admin duties.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a logistics or corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
