Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks and general office management.
- Handle courier services, travel arrangements, and other logistics-related admin duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a logistics or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
