Noorka Logistics is seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to join its warehouse and logistics team in Dubai. This position is suitable for a detail-oriented professional who can manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the efficient storage and movement of goods. The successful candidate will support smooth warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods, materials, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock information regularly.
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages or replenishment requirements.
- Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel with proper documentation.
- Organize warehouse items to ensure efficient space utilization and easy retrieval.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Verify delivered goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and related documents.
- Record stock receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches accurately.
- Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and warehouse teams to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
