Noorka Logistics is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our technology team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of systems that support our logistics and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system security and reliability.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, email systems, and access permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT documentation, support tickets, and asset inventory records.
- Assist with the implementation of new software, hardware, and technology solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network administration.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
