Noorka Logistics is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can lead logistics projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee logistics and operational projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation effectively.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within logistics or operations.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- PMP or other project management certification is an advantage.
