Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our human resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about supporting HR functions, maintaining employee records, and assisting in recruitment and administrative processes within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Coordinate with various departments to support HR activities.
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining confidential records.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
