Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all logistics and shipment-related documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of digital and physical records.
- Track and control document versions to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance departments for document collection.
- Prepare and distribute shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Maintain records of import/export documentation and customs paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE documentation regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness.
- Archive completed files systematically for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in logistics or freight companies.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with import/export and customs documentation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document control software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
