Noorka Logistics is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can maintain IT infrastructure, provide timely technical support, and ensure smooth system operations within a fast-moving logistics and supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.
- Support ERP and logistics management systems used by operations teams.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and configurations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems.
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain software is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
