This position is ideal for a professional who understands supply chain coordination, shipment tracking, and client servicing, and who can ensure smooth and timely logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments efficiently.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
- Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Track shipments and update customers regarding delivery status.
- Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Manage inventory records and coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with UAE customs regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
