- Provide accurate information regarding services, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Prepare reports on customer service metrics and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
