Noorka Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our human resources operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR processes, employee engagement, and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
- Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluation processes.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a logistics or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and UAE labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
