This role requires a proactive individual who can handle customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant internal departments, including logistics, operations, and finance.
- Provide information regarding the company’s services, policies, and procedures to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including issues and resolutions, in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up on customer queries to ensure complete satisfaction and resolution of all concerns.
- Process customer requests such as service orders, shipment tracking, and changes in delivery schedules.
- Assist in developing customer care policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure that all customer care operations comply with company standards and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably within logistics or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
